Started selling the toothpaste dispenser developed by JUDY company.
JUDY 치약디스펜서 영국전시회 참가. 전시회 참관이후 중국에서 저가형 복사제품이 팔림. 제품의 단점과 중국제품때문에 해외 영업이 어려워짐.
Participated in UK exhibition. After the exhibition, low-priced copy products from China were sold, making overseas sales difficult due to product disadvantages.
1차 자체 치약디스펜서 개발(특허출원)-현재 소멸된 특허임.

상반기 독일(messe frankfurt)전시회 출품. 해외 전시회에서 폭팔적인 관심과 반응이 있었으나 일반바이어들이 홍보방법에 어려움을 토로함. 대형 홈쇼핑몰 업체에서는 낮은 판매가격으로 어려움 발생.
Exhibited at Messe Frankfurt, Germany in the first half of the year. Received explosive interest, but buyers struggled with promotion methods. Large shopping malls faced difficulties due to low prices.
중반기 본제품의 단점 발견.(유사제품도 같은 문제가 더 심각하게 발생함.) 단점-치약잔여물이 치약나오는 출구를 막는 문제발생. 문제점을 보완하여 국내판매 시작
In mid-2015, a critical defect was discovered in our product (similar products suffered from the same issue even more severely). The toothpaste residue was clogging the outlet, preventing proper dispensing. We began domestic sales after partially resolving the issue.
하반기 국내 현대백화점입점 판매및 중소기업전시판매장에서 판매. (현대백화점, 갤러리아백화점, 아울렛매장,부천시 행사장에서 시연판매함.)
In the second half of the year, started selling at Hyundai Department Store, Galleria Department Store, outlets, and Bucheon events with live demonstrations.

Successfully completed the development of an improved toothpaste dispenser that fully eliminated the critical defect. The new design ensures that toothpaste is dispensed cleanly and lands precisely on the toothbrush, even when residue is present. A patent application for this new technology is currently underway.

1.치약이 나오는 토출구의 모양과 크기를 달리하였으며, 토출구가 상하로 미세하게 움직이면서 치약잔여물을 닦아주도록하였다.
The shape and size of the dispensing nozzle were modified, and it was engineered to move subtly up and down, effectively wiping off any remaining toothpaste residue from the outlet.
2.치약안으로 공기나 치약이 역류해서 들어가지 못하도록 내부실리콘을 업그레드하였다.
Upgraded the internal silicone component to prevent backflow of air or toothpaste into the dispenser.
3.하부실리콘에 미세한 공기가 들어가도록 하여 치약을 누르는 장치가 항상 제위치로 복원되도록 하였다.
The lower silicone was designed to permit a small amount of air intake, ensuring that the toothpaste dispensing mechanism consistently returns to its original position after each use.
4.클린커버를 만들어서 손쉽게 디스펜서를 청소할수 있도록 만들었다.
We introduced a Clean Cover designed to make cleaning the dispenser quick and easy.
5.치약디스펜서 기능이외 다양한 디스펜서로 활용할수 있도록 만들었다.

• 노즐이 위아래로 미세하게 움직여 치약 잔여물을 밀어냅니다. 치약이 나올 때만 미세하게 돌출되었다가 치약이 다 나오고 나면 안으로 들어가서 치솔을 움직이면서 실수로 치약이 노즐에 뭍지 않도록 합니다.
• The nozzle moves subtly up and down to wipe away residue. It only protrudes while dispensing and retracts fully once the toothpaste has finished coming out, so that toothpaste does not accidentally stick to the nozzle when you move the toothbrush.
• 잔여물이 노즐 입구에 묻지 않고 대부분 뒤쪽으로 붙어 토출을 방해하지 않으며, 가끔 묻더라도 다음 사용 시 나오는 치약 압력으로 함께 떨어져 나갑니다.
• Residue does not stick to the nozzle opening (mostly to the rear) and does not block dispensing. Even if it does, the next squeeze pushes it off with the toothpaste.
• 노즐 입구 모양이 독특하여 치약이 과도하게 나오지 않고 적정량만 토출됩니다.
• The uniquely shaped nozzle opening ensures only the optimal amount of toothpaste is dispensed.

브렌드별,제조사별로 치약의 농도가 다르다. 이로 인하여 치약을 짤때 치약이 치솔중앙에 떨어지지 않는 일이 발생하였다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 링의 두께를 달리하여 치약이 떨어지는 위치를 조정할수 있게 만들어서 치약이 치솔중앙에 떨어지도록 만들었다.
Since toothpaste viscosity differs depending on the brand and manufacturer, the toothpaste frequently missed the center of the toothbrush when dispensed. To resolve this issue, we created rings with varying thicknesses, allowing the dropping position to be adjusted so that the toothpaste lands precisely in the center of the toothbrush.
치약디스펜서를 청소할때 제품전체를 분리해야하는 번거로움 발생. 특히 숙박업소의 경우 사용고객의 치솔이 닫는 부분은 고객이 바뀔때마다 청결함을 유지해야 함. 이를 해결하기 위하여 클린커버를 만들어서 쉽게 분리, 결합할수 있게 하고 클린커버만 청소및 소독을 하여 새로 장착하여 사용하도록 하였다.
Cleaning the toothpaste dispenser previously required disassembling the entire unit, which was inconvenient. This was particularly important in hotels and guesthouses, where the part in contact with the toothbrush must be kept hygienic for every new guest. 아크릴 양면테이프는 접착력이 강하고 수증기(물)을 흡수하지 않기 때문에 화장실에 부착하면 떨어지지 않아서 집을 이사할때 때어내기가 어렵다. 누구나 쉽게 뗄수 있도록 하기 위하여 필름을 먼저 붙이고 그 필름위에 양면테이프가 있는 디스펜서를 부착하여 이사할때 누구나 쉽게 뗄수 있도록 했으며 필름과 양면테이프만 새것으로 바꾸어서 설치하면 누구든지 쉽게 재설치가 가능하도록 하였다.
While acrylic double-sided tape offers strong adhesion and is resistant to moisture, it can be difficult to remove cleanly when moving. To address this, we first apply a protective film to the wall and then mount the dispenser using acrylic tape on top of the film. This allows anyone to easily detach the dispenser when moving. Moreover, by replacing only the film and acrylic tape with new ones, the dispenser can be quickly and easily reinstalled.
다른 양면테이프(pp, pe, pvc발포)로 만든 양면테이프의 경우 물을 흡수하기 때문에 화장실에서 장시간 사용시 접착력이 약해져서 떨어지는 문제가 발생한다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 아크릴 양면테이프를 사용하였다. 아크릴은 물을 흡수하지 않기때문에 장시간 화장실에서 사용하여도 접착력이 약해지지않으며, 매끄럽지 않은 벽면의경우 필름을 부착할수 없기 때문에 필림을 붙이지지 않고 벽면에 아크릴 양면테이프를 바로 부착을 하면 설치가 가능하다.
Unlike PP, PE, or PVC foam tapes that absorb moisture and lose adhesion over time in humid bathrooms, we use acrylic double-sided tape. Acrylic does not absorb water, so it maintains strong bonding even after prolonged use in bathrooms. Additionally, on uneven walls where film cannot be applied, the acrylic tape can be directly attached to the surface without film, making installation possible on a wider range of wall types.
